Many things in life fascinate me, and I’m regularly drawn to new, unexplored territory. I’m a professor of Computer and Information Technology, and I am a quintessential geek. A child of the 80s and 90s, a video gamer, tabletop RPG gamer, programming enthusiast, retro-computing enthusiast, and a hobbyist game developer.
I also like gardening, drawing, history, life philosophy, psychology and I occasionally enjoy sharing my thoughts on all these topics. I used to share such thoughts on social media, but since September 2025, I have disengaged from major social media. I decided to go “old school” (as I so often do) and instead share my thoughts on a blog, like it’s 2005.
