I’ve got some really fun news! I’ve met quite a few Shining Force fans on Twitter, and one of them decided to start a niche podcast. But more than that, I was invited to be one of the co-hosts! COOL!
The Shining Pod is the very first podcast devoted to Shining Force, Shining games and indie games inspired by that beloved series.
In each episode so far, we’ve discussed one Shining Force game, thus far covering Shining Force, Shining Force 2 and Book 1 of Shining Force CD (originally Shining Force Gaiden, on the Sega Gamegear). We talk about the characters, story, music, favorite battles, overall opinion and much more. We’ve also covered two Shining style game projects: my own Ballad of Thuriana, and another excellent upcoming game, War of Velana.
